Terms of use
Updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover use of chanceryhudson.com and the introduction service described on this site. They are a generic starting point. Have a lawyer review them before launch.
Who we are
Chancery Hudson is an independent introducer. We are not an agent, partner, employee or representative of any buyer. We introduce you to vetted buyers. We do not buy your data and we do not run a marketplace.
The service
You may take a short quiz, book a call if invited, and ask us to introduce the company to one named buyer at a time. We may decline at any point, including after a hard stop in the quiz. We do not promise that any buyer will make an offer, sign a deal, or pay you.
No fees from you
You pay us nothing. If you later choose an introduction and that buyer signs a deal with your company, the buyer may pay us a referral fee. We will tell you that in writing, and name the buyer, before any introduction.
Your promises
You confirm you are authorised to talk for the company, that answers are honest to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not send us files, samples, customer data or passwords. You will get legal advice if you need it, including on client contracts, employee data and confidentiality.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Buyers set their own contracts. Read them. Consider a lawyer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, submit other people's personal data, or use it to send us regulated data we have said we will not handle (health records, children's data, payment card data, client confidential files).
Availability
The site is provided as is. We may change or pause it. Booking slots depend on a third party calendar tool.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost deals, lost profits, or the acts of any buyer. Our total liability for a claim about this site is limited to zero pounds or dollars, because you pay us nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Until the brand entity is confirmed, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without changing any consumer rights you have in your home country. Replace this once the company is formed.
