Take the check
Nine questions about headcount, years of records, systems, ownership, location and your role. You pick bands. We do not ask for files, samples, customer lists or passwords.
The sequence
A short check, a 15 minute call if there is a fit, then one introduction with your written yes. That is the whole motion.
Nine questions about headcount, years of records, systems, ownership, location and your role. You pick bands. We do not ask for files, samples, customer lists or passwords.
The score looks at staff, record depth, rare assets, years, systems, ownership, decision rights, location and timing. Health records, children's data, card data, and client confidential files we have no rights to are hard stops. Companies under 10 full time staff need a specialist archive to stay in range.
If the score is strong enough we offer a short call with Melissa. We confirm the form, ask who can sign, and check you are not already in talks with a named buyer.
You get a short email that names the buyer and restates that we may be paid a referral fee by that buyer. Reply that you agree. Until then, nothing is submitted.
The buyer handles scoping, agreement, removal of identifying details, and payment if they make an offer. We check in. If they decline or stall, we can ask you about the next buyer. Never two at once.
These are examples of vetted buyers, not a promise that any one of them will take your company, and not a claim that we are their official partner. We introduce you to vetted buyers, one at a time.
Find out whether your business records could be a fit. Two minutes is all it takes.
