Case by case
Legal
Law firms almost always hit the client confidential stop. Privilege, engagement letters, and files that belong to clients are not something we introduce. A call is rare and only when the corpus is truly the firm's own operations.
What often shows up
- Internal knowledge bases and process documents the firm created
- Firm owned training material, not client matters
- Admin systems with no client files attached
Where we stop
Matter files, client confidential documents, and anything covered by privilege are a hard stop. Most small firms should expect a polite decline.
When a call is plausible
Treat this as case by case. Take the check if you genuinely hold a firm owned operational archive with no client files in it. Otherwise, skip.
