Finance and insurance
Finance and insurance firms often have deep ticket, CRM and document history. That operating layer can be interesting. Payment card numbers, health records, and files that belong solely to customers are not.
What often shows up
- Internal ops email, chat, tickets and CRM
- Process documents, underwriting playbooks the firm owns, training material
- Call recordings of internal or fully consented operational calls, if you have rights
Where we stop
Card data and health records are hard stops. Heavily regulated customer files usually are too. We will not book a call to talk around that.
When a call is plausible
Better when the corpus is internal operations the company owns, staff is in range, and personal data can be removed by the buyer later.
